Attorney Emily A. Weber has been an attorney with the Levitt Law Group since 2011, focusing her practice on family law matters, including divorce, post-divorce, paternity, custody, and child support matters, as well as guardianships and conservatorships of both minors and adults. Attorney Weber is dedicated to working with clients to find the right dispute resolution process that works for their particular needs and goals. In addition to being an experienced litigator, Attorney Weber also enjoys practicing Collaborative Law and Mediation.
In 2017, Attorney Weber received the honor of being selected for the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association’s 2017-2018 Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). The Women’s Leadership Initiative was established in 2009 and recognizes up and coming stars of the legal profession, while providing them with mentoring and leadership opportunities. WLI alumni include Attorney General Maura Healey and other high-ranking law firm partners, government attorney and in-house counsel.
Attorney Emily A. Weber is actively involved in the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC), a multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to advancing the practice of Collaborative Law through educating professionals, promoting public awareness, and supporting the Collaborative Law community. Attorney Weber serves as Vice President of Education and Training and is Chair of the Continuing Education Subcommittee for MCLC through which she organizes professional development opportunities for Collaborative Law Practitioners state-wide, including attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial professionals.
Prior to joining the Levitt Law Group, Emily gained extensive family law and litigation experience representing indigent clients in civil matters and working in the field of egg donor and surrogacy law.

Attorney Emily A. Weber is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Association Executive Board and was an active participant in moot court competitions.
Prior to joining the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Weber was honored with a Boston University School of Law Research Fellowship and was chosen to represent indigent clients in civil cases through the Boston University School of Law Civil Litigation Program
Attorney Weber also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
A native of Iowa, in her free time Attorney Emily A. Weber enjoys reading, running, and volunteering for causes and organizations that are important to her. Emily is a member of a local running group, the Greater Lowell Road Runners. She enjoys volunteering and supporting causes dedicated to the care and adoption of homeless animals including through the MSPCA-Nevins Farm.
